TUNER GALLERIA Model Spotlight: Maya Tanioka

Besides the recent Winter Olympics held at Whistler, the tranquil setting of Stanley Park and all the awesome food of Vancouver, apparently the city has a new claim to fame...beautiful women! Here at TUNER GALLERIA, we recently featured a model from Vancouver and received such overwhelming response from our fans that we decided to hook you guys up again! For this feature, our good friends at Prestigious Models were kind enough to give us the heads up on a recently signed talent from Vancouver, Ms. Maya Tanioka.

Maya was born and raised near Tokyo and started traveling after graduating from college. Her unique accent is a terrific blend of native Japanese and English learned while in Australia. As a recent transplant to Vancouver, she started modeling last year at a bikini contest where she placed 3rd. From that point onwards, she was hooked. Her goal with modeling is to travel the world and meet amazing people.

Maya recently modeled at a local Vancouver car show and had a great time checking out all the cool cars and meeting tons of her fans. She admits her favorite car brand is Porsche and says that she sees herself in a Boxster with a nicely customized interior. Any TechArt modified Porsche owners out there???

Modest and down to earth, Maya shares a funny moment that could have turned disastrous. "At the bikini contest, I was walking with high heels on the bar which was so narrow that I almost fell down to the floor!" We are glad she didn't fall but some unlucky dude probably wouldn't have minded to catch her. In case you are wondering, her perfect date involves watching the sun set while enjoying a few drinks and having a good time. Otherwise, she doesnt mind catching a movie at home, as long as there's popcorn!

When Maya isn't modeling, she loves working out, watching action and thriller movies, trying out new restaurants and of course shopping. Your best chance at randomly spotting her around town is at the gym. Maya is definitely our kind of girl...well educated, hot and loves cars!
